Blue Sky Property Management and Maintenance was established in 2018 with the purpose of providing property owners a trusted partner in the real estate industry that would take care of their investments, serve their tenant’s needs, and provide meaningful returns on their assets.
Meet The Team

Mike Barnes
Director of Maintenance
Mike, a U.S. Air Force veteran, joined Blue Sky in 2019 and oversees a team of skilled technicians to ensure homes are well maintained. Mike has a Masters degree including bachelors work in business management. He began remodeling houses in 1989 and excels at customer relations. Mike is diligent in thwarting off costly maintenance issues by protecting home-owner’s assets.

Drew Jeffers
Property Manager
Drew has been in property management since 2019, he has worked in both student and conventional housing as a leasing and property manager. He previously worked as a Market Development Manager for Snap Raise and an Account Executive for the Detroit Pistons.
Drew is a Muncie native, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Sport Administration. He spends his free time investing in the youth group at his church Harvest Sharing Life and coaches in the fall for the 8th grade Delta Football Team.

Ashley Pokorny
Property Manager
Ashley has been in property management since 2017 and joined Blue Sky in 2021. She has managed several properties throughout the Ball State area on the student side, and conventional side. She also has a background in accounting and billing. When not at work she likes to spend time with her family and two dogs.

Lindsey Martin
Director of Marketing
After two decades in sales, and one as in independent fitness instructor, Lindsey Martin is excited to be able to lend her unique skillset to Blue Sky Property Management. Always looking for new owner partners and networking opportunities, you can reach out to Lindsey for Blue Sky partnership inquiries. Lindsey also loves dance, singing karaoke, roller coasters, betting the horses, concerts, high heels and high tops.

Jenny Annen
Assistant Property Manager
Jenny has been with Blue Sky since 2019. She loves working with people and providing a positive atmosphere. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our office, supporting our Blue Sky team, billing for maintenance, and helping tenants resolve any questions they may have.
